How GacoFlex Coating System works: First, you need a clean roof. We remove all debris,apply GacoWash Concentrated Cleaner, and power wash clean.

We apply Gaco E5320 2-Part Epoxy Primer. This two part primer helps establish topcoat adhesion to most roofing surfaces and flashings.
